{TaCo TuesDay} Homemade Starch Recipe and Free Starch Label

Taco Tuesday isn't a traditional recipe that you can eat but is VERY useful for ironing that pile of wrinkly clothing!  Well, technically, you could eat it, but it wouldn't be very tasty.  So, here is the story behind my starch recipe.  I LOVE starch, I really can't iron without it.  I sent my husband to the store one evening and after bargain shopping he returned with this natural spray starch, that he had found in the bargain basket.   It was marked $1 and he couldn't pass it up!  I am big into green products so I was happy that I could replace my traditional aerosol can of spray starch.  I used it the first time and I was AMAZED at how well it worked, compared to the spray can one.  I was sold!  I would never again purchase mystery spray starch that comes in a can.

I have taken it one step further and now  make my own and put it right back in the original bottle that my husband brought me.  If you look close you can even see the $1.00 mark down.

Very simple recipe.!!

...And it wouldn't be in Sweet Pea tradition if I didn't include a cute label to smack on your very own bottle of ECO kick butt friendly spray starch.  Super inexpensive and a FABULOUS gift idea!

1 tablespoon of corn starch
2 cups of water
Shake well and iron away!  You will need to shake the bottle every time you use it because it settles!

I Hope you ENJOY!
